Plaintiffs brought suit seeking cancellation of two deeds which had previously been executed and delivered by their mother to one of her daughters, a sister of plaintiffs. The cause was tried to the court sitting without a jury. The court made findings of fact, from which it drew its conclusions and entered a decree canceling the deeds. Two of the defendants have appealed.
Respondents, Charles Parris, Pearl P. Horn, Louis A. Parris, and Thomas O. Parris, and appellant Nena Benedict and defendant Ruby Ray, are sisters and brothers, and children of Mary Elizabeth Parris, a widow, now deceased.…
