SEVERENS, Circuit Judge.
This is a suit in admiralty, wherein the appellant, the Lehigh Wiley Transportation Company, as owner of the steamship Oceánica, libeled the steamship Chisholm in a cause of collision. The appellees, claiming to be owners of the latter vessel, answered the libel, denying all fault, and filed a cross-libel against the Oceánica, charging her with being at fault and solely responsible for the consequences which ensued.
