OPINION

BUSTAMANTE, Judge.

{1} This matter came on for hearing on Defendant’s Motion for Reconsideration. The Motion is granted. The opinion filed on October 30, 2002, is "withdrawn and the following substituted.

{2} Defendant appeals an order revoking his probation and imposing the remainder of his sentence. He contends that the State failed to prove that the man who appeared at the revocation hearing was the same person who had pleaded guilty, had been placed on probation, and who was named in the probation violation report.
