*352In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the plaintiff wife appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Blydenburgh, J.), dated March 25, 2003, as denied, without a hearing, her motion to set aside the oral stipulation of settlement entered into by the parties in open court on September 9, 2002, and as granted that branch of the defendant husband’s cross motion which was for an award of an attorney’s fee.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
