Pittsburgh National Bank (“PNB”) brings a Motion for Relief from Automatic Stay. The trustee and debtors oppose the motion and raise the issue of whether PNB has perfected its security interests.

On March 8, 1985, Gary A. Davadick (“Debtor”), as owner of Open Pantry # 24, executed a Non-Negotiable Judgment Note (“Note”), whereby Debtor borrowed $15,-874.80 from Pittsburgh National Bank (“PNB”).
