MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court upon the motion of the Firestone Bank (The Bank) to have the Court determine the status of its claim and grant it relief from the automatic stay, or alternatively, to require Paul Richard Pretzer (Debtor) to provide it with adequate protection.
