In the former District Court of Puerto Rico, San Juan Section, Bernardo Ponce, domiciled in Argentina,1 filed a suit for the recovery of a judgment against the concern F. Ba-drena e Hijo, Inc., a corporation duly organized in Puerto Rico. In said petition it is alleged that plaintiff started proceedings against the defendant in a court of the city of Bue-nos Aires, Argentine Republic, for the collection of mercantile commissions and expenses incurred in his business efforts on behalf of the defendant.
