This was an action against the defendant insur*256anee company for the amount claimed to be due the plaintiff, as beneficiary under a life insurance policy on the life of her son, with, a double accidental death benefit rider attached. Payment was made of the face of the policy, but it is alleged she did not know at the time of the payment that the death of her son had resulted from an accident, but being so informed later brings this action within' five years from the date of his death.
