GRISSOM, Justice.
Plaintiffs in error instituted this suit against the defendants in error seeking an injunction against the sale of their property under deed of trust, and further sought to have certain notes and deeds of trust declared usurious, to have all payments applied on the principal debt, to quiet title, etc. The Trust Company filed a cross-action asking judgment for its debt and foreclosure of its deed of trust liens on property of plaintiffs in error.
