Reginald Warren, proceeding pro se, appeals the dismissal of his civil action against Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (“Countrywide”), in which he alleged violations of Georgia state law and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (the “FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692g(b).
