Defendant’s preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer seeking dismissal of plaintiff’s complaint are the subject of this opinion and order of court. This case raises an issue that the Pennsylvania courts have not addressed: whether plaintiff may bring a lawsuit in the Pennsylva*423nia state courts under the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, 47 U.S.C. §227.
