— The appeal in this cause is from a judgment of the circuit court of Jackson county in a proceeding by Kansas City to condemn certain lands for a public park under an ordinance of said city, number 6682, entitled “An ordinance to open and establish a public park in the North Park District in Kansas City, Missouri, to be known as North Terrace,” approved July 26, 1895.
