— The original bill was filed by the appellant, Albert G. MeGehee, against Lehman, Burr & Co., for an account of the value, and of the proceeds of the sales of property mortgaged by him to them, and for an' ascertainment of the mortgage debt, excluding all charges of usurious interest. Among other charges made by the bill, was that, as mortgagees, the appellees had received, as property covered by the mortgage, nine hundred bushels of corn, of the value of six hundred and seventy-six dollars.
