The bill alleges, that the complainant intermarried with the defendant in 1837, and has since lived with him; that her entire interest in the estate of her former husband went into the possession of the defendant, and became his property; that by the will of her father, which was admitted to probate in 1838, two negroes, Sarah and Pleasant, were bequeathed to her, ‘ during her natural life, and at her death to go to her bodily heirs’; that these negroes were reduced to possession by the defendant, who lias also received other property, jure mariti, besides gifts from complainant’s…
