The respondent recovered a judgment against the appellant for personal injuries received while alighting from a street car owned and operated by the appellant. It is assigned that the trial court erred: (1) In admitting the testimony of a witness for the plaintiff, on rebuttal, as to admissions made by the conductor of the defendant’s car, about a month after the accident, to the effect that the plaintiff had signaled to him to stop the ear, and that he had stopped it for her; (2) in admitting the testimony of a witness for the plaintiff…
