This is an action brought by Grace Gilchrist against Richard Lowry, as principal, Alvin Lowry, Jessie Lowry and O. L. Head-berg, as sureties, to recover on a supersedeas bond. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of defendants. Plaintiff appeals. The parties will be referred to herein as they appeared in the trial court.
