MEMORANDUM
BLAKE, District Judge.
Before the court are a motion to dismiss filed by Paul J. Mraz, Sr., a motion to dismiss, or, in the alternative, for summary judgment on Mr. Mraz’s counterclaim filed by the United States, a motion to strike filed by the United States, and a motion for default judgment filed by the United States. The issues have been fully briefed and no hearing is necessary. See Local Rule 105.6.
