[ ]This matter comes before the court on the recommendation of the Judiciary Commission of Louisiana (“Commission”) that Judge Joan S. Benge (“Judge Benge”) be removed from office and ordered to reimburse the Commission hard costs in the amount of $3,389.50, incurred in the investigation and prosecution of this case.
