The Rawhide Ranch Cold and Silver Mining Company is a corporation duly organized under the statutes of California, for the purpose of carrying on the business of mining. On the 29th of April, 1865, a special meeting of the stockholders of the corporation was held, pursuant to notice, at the office of the company, at which all the stockholders were present.
