Roberts, Administrator of the Estate of Josephine Armbruster, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in favor of defendant, Bank of America NT & SA, Trustee of Harry E. and Edward B. Armbruster Trusts. Plaintiff sets forth the following assignment of error:
