ERICKSTAD, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the District Court, South Central Judicial District, which denied the defendants’ motion for a change of venue. We affirm.

The plaintiff, Basin Electric Power Cooperative [hereinafter referred to as Basin Electric], is a North Dakota corporation engaged in the business of generating and transmitting electrical power to its member rural electric cooperatives.
