1Opinion of the CourtBeals, J.
A collision between the automobiles of the respective parties to this action, which collision occurred at the intersection of North Chestnut and Chehalis streets, in the city of Toppenish, resulted in the submission to the superior court of plaintiffs’ claim in the sum of $479.75, for alleged damages to their machine, and the defendant’s claim for damages to his ear in the sum of $125. Each driver alleged negligence on behalf of the other, and denied any such as far as he himself was concerned.
