Chuck Ross, Robert Phillips, Michael D. Kelley, Stephen Kelley, and Anthony Smith (“the Plaintiffs”) sued Wolf Fire Protection, Inc. (“Fire Protection”), James J. Wolf, and Timothy Strohmer (“the Defendants”) for violating the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq., and Maryland wage and hour laws. For the following reasons, the Defendants’ motion to dismiss or for summary judgment, construed as a motion for summary judgment, will bé denied.
