This is an action brought by Plaintiffs Operating Engineers' Local 324 Fringe Benefit Funds and Trustees of the Operating Engineers' Local 324 Fringe Benefit Funds (the "Funds") for unpaid fringe benefit contributions against Defendants J.C. Holly Contracting, Inc. ("J.C. Holly"), Timothy Thayer, and Brian Thayer (Dkt. 6).
