Petitioners, Cut ’N Dried Salon, Jeff Bellerive and Beth Ann Brewer, seek direct review of an order of the Illinois Human Rights Commission (Commission). The Illinois Department of Human Rights (Department) dismissed petitioners’ charge of discrimination against respondent National Group Life Insurance Company and its employees, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, and the Commission affirmed the decision.
