Granting Plaintiff’s Motion for a Protective Order
This action concerns Plaintiffs claims of racial discrimination in employment. The matter is before the court on Plaintiffs motion for protective order. [Docket No. 43] The matter is briefed and ripe for resolution. For the reasons set forth below, the Plaintiffs motion is granted.
