These cases present similar and in some cases virtually identical issues.
In all of the cases that have gone to trial, there is no doubt in the court’s mind that the prosecutor has proven all of the elements of the respective charges on the respective times and dates alleged in each of the accusatories. There is no doubt in the court’s mind that the named defendants each owned the various homes in question and that on the dates and times in question that they rented to more than two unrelated persons.
