OPINION

JACKSON, Judge:

William Gene Horton appeals his convictions of four counts of theft, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-404 (1990), and four counts of burglary, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-202 (1990). We affirm.

I.FACTS

On the night of June 16, 1991, several businesses were burglarized in and around Vernal, Utah. On July 10, 1991, a magistrate issued a search warrant authorizing officers to search for stolen property at the residence of William Gene Horton in Salt Lake City, Utah.
