MEMORANDUM OPINION
BULLOCK, District Judge.
Plaintiff William Parham (“Parham”) has brought this action against Defendant Weave Corporation (“Weave”) alleging a breach of the severance agreement executed between the parties. Weave removed the case to this court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332 and 1441. Pending before the court is Weave’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction or, in the alternative, to transfer this case to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
