MOREMEN, Justice.
On January 12, 1943, appellant, Walter Johnson, was injured while working for ap-pellee, Harlan Wallins Coal Corporation.
On September 4,1943, under the terms of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, the parties agreed upon compensation of $15 per week for 26 weeks for temporary total disability and, further, for permanent partial disability on the basis of twenty per cent impairment, or weekly compensation at the rate of $2.40 for 309 weeks.
