The defendant issued a policy dated January 14, 1928, for the face amount of $10,000 wherein the plaintiff, Aaron Gray, was named as insured, and Golde Gray, his wife, is the designated beneficiary. The policy contained certain provisions for benefits in the event of total and permanent disability of the insured. Pursuant to the provisions of the policy the plaintiff alone was entitled to receive the sum of $100 per month during his disability.
