DECISION AND ORDER

The plaintiff filed this adversary proceeding seeking a determination that the debt owed by the debtor, Henry Conrad Martinsen, to Opportunity Bank, N.A., is nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523. The debtor has moved to dismiss the adversary complaint on the grounds that it was filed after the time to object to discharge had passed. The parties submitted briefs on the relevant legal issues and the Court conducted a telephonic hearing on the matter on April 18, 2011. 1 Attorney Michael H.
