Appellee brought this action of replevin for certain household goods alleged to be in appellant’s possession and unlawfully detained by her. To this complaint appellant filed her verified answer in general denial. A trial by the court resulted in a general finding and judgment for appellee. Appellant’s motion for new trial was overruled, and this is assigned as error. This mo*483tion was based on a number of grounds.
