Moran, a citizen of the state of Virginia, duly filed their petition in the court of bankruptcy for the Western district of Virginia, asking that said Moran be declared an involuntary bankrupt by reason of alleged preferences to other creditors, and on the 10th of March, 1900, an order was entered adjudicating said Moran an involuntary bankrupt.
