Error is prosecuted from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations. The plaintiff in error was formerly the w'ife of defendant in error. On June 27, 1931, the court granted plaintiff in error a decree of divorce from defendant in error on the ground of gross neglect of duty and at the same time approved, confirmed and made a part of the order of the court a written agreement entered into by the parties prior to the divorce decree.
