MCCUSKEY, District Judge.

On July 8, 1996, Petitioner, Kenneth L. Wronke, filed his petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 for a writ of habeas corpus (#2). Wronke challenges an order entered on October 5,1995, in the circuit court of Champaign County. The court found Wronke in indirect civil contempt of court and ordered him to be transported to the Champaign County Correctional Center until he purged himself of the contempt.
