MEMORANDUM OPINION
(April 3, 2007)
Having been convicted in the Superior Court of four counts of assault first degree, two counts of assault third degree and two counts of possession of a dangerous weapon, James Laudat (“Laudat” or *893“appellant”) now asks us to review whether the trial court, in its failure to admit three psychiatric reports, wrongfully excluded from trial evidence of his mental illness.1 For the reasons stated herein, we will affirm.
