(RTC), as receiver for Missouri Savings Association (Missouri Savings), appeals from a final order entered in the District Court 1 for the Eastern District of Missouri dismissing Missouri Savings’ complaint against Home Savings of America (Home Savings), successor in interest to Republic of Texas Savings Association (Republic), for breach of a repurchase agreement.
