There is before this court for confirmation the report of the Newark board of commissioners of assessments for local improvements concerning the opening of a new street. The new street is called Eaymond Plaza West and *304was opened through property lying between Market street and River street, a distance of about four hundred feet and a width of about one hundred feet. The report is dated November 23d, 1933.
