Plaintiffs, Lolita Krutsinger, Kenneth Krutsinger and Karen Krutsinger, all minors, by Dolores Krutsinger, their mother and next friend, filed a suit in the Circuit Court of Champaign County on June 2, 1953 against certain tavern owners including Mándel Barnett, Mildred Barnett and Norman Barnett, partners doing business as Piccadilly Liquor Store.
