George Stopps died intestate on September 19, 1950. On the same day Alice M. Stopps applied for and was granted letters of administration upon his estate. On October 4, 1950, Elizabeth Orouse, a half sister, Robert R. Casteel and John L. Casteel, half brothers, next of kin and sole heirs of George Stopps, filed their application to set aside the appointment of Alice M. Stopps and praying…
