RANDALL, Judge. *

Appellant Jason Johnson challenges the district court’s approval of a settlement agreement affecting his interest in stock bequeathed to him under his father’s will. The proposed settlement resolved a shareholder dispute regarding the ownership of that stock. Jason Johnson argues that the settlement could not be approved over his objection because the personal representative did not obtain his written consent under Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-1102 (2014).
