OPINION

TAYLOR, Judge.

This is an appeal from the decision of the Delaware Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board (“Board”) which denied unemployment compensation to petitioner.

The findings of fact of the Referee, which were adopted by the Board, are that: Employee was employed as a chemical materials senior operator by Haveg Industries, Inc., from May, 1969 until January, 1972. In April of 1971, employee had been warned by his employer that in view of twelve days of absence since the previous July his attendance record must be improved to avoid further disciplinary action up to and including…
