— Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered April 10, 1980 convicting defendant, on jury verdict, of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law, § 160.15), and sentencing him thereon as a second felony offender to TVz to 15 years imprisonment, is affirmed. In the opinion of the majority of this court, there is no “reasonable view of the evidence which would support a finding that the defendant committed” robbery in the third degree and did not commit robbery in the first degree (CPL 300.50, subd 1).
