Defendants appeal from an order of the department of labor and industry awarding .plaintiff compensation for total disability under the occupational disease amendment of the workmen’s compensation law. *

Plaintiff, who was about 30 years old, was employed by defendant Bendix Aviation Corporation from September 7, 1942, until July 8, 1943, when he was obliged to quit work because of disability from a respiratory disease.
