SPRECHER, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from an order of the district court denying the motion of certain attorneys to appear as counsel for the defendant Rice Foundation and granting the motion of the plaintiffs and various defendants to disqualify these attorneys as counsel for the Foundation. We will not *473address the propriety of this order at this time because there is a serious question as to the subject matter jurisdiction of the federal court in these cases.
