The principal action involved the foreclosure of three mortgage liens upon the same 160 acres of land. No receiver was asked by the possessor of the first mortgage, and his interests are not now concerned. Controversy centers on a dispute between the holders of the second and third mortgages, as to who is entitled to collect the rents and profits of said real estate through such agency.
