Plaintiffs seek to specifically enforce a contract with defendants for the sale of certain Sioux County, Iowa real estate. In order to avoid repetition in statement, the material facts in evidence will be recited in connection with the points and propositions advanced by appellants, and it will suffice at this time to briefly state the chronology of the case.(1) John M.
