JOHN E. WAITES, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on a Rule to Show Cause (“Rule”) entered November 14, 2006 requiring attorneys Rebecca Goldberg Shiver (“Shiver”) and Jason Branham (“Branham”) and their law firm of Butler & Hosch, P.A. to appear and show cause why the Court should not enter sanctions against them for their practices before this Court. The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1384. Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 52, made applicable to this proceeding by Fed. R.
