Plaintiff, Christopher Claxton, (“Plaintiff’) filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition on May 3, 2000. He scheduled $30,000 in back taxes owed to the State of Illinois (the “State”) and $300,000 in back taxes owed to the United States of America (“United States”).
